The Bull Terrier Club AGM 2021

Dear Member,

The Annual General Meeting of the Bull Terrier Club is scheduled to take place on Sunday 14th November 2021 commencing at 11:00am, this will take place in the Blenheim Suite at The Royal Court Hotel, Tamworth Road, Keresley, Coventry, CV7 8JG.

The Bull Terrier Welfare Trust (UK) Annual General Meeting will take place following the completion of The BTC AGM at approx. 13:00hrs.

All previously submitted Agenda Items, proposals etc., will remain valid.

A confirmation letter will be mailed out to all members in the next few days.

Food, hot and cold drinks will be available throughout the day.

If any of your contact details have changed, i.e. you have moved house or changed your telephone number, please inform the Hon. Secretary.

All CV’s should be submitted to the Hon. Secretary before the end of October each year.

Owing to the recent rise in the number of people affected by the Covid19 virus the BTC Officers and Committee have taken the decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting which was scheduled to take place on 24th July at 11:00am until further notice.

The health and safety of our members is paramount, and we do not wish to put their safety at risk unnecessarily.

We will notify members of a rescheduled date when it is appropriate to do so. In order to reduce costs the rescheduled date will be announced on the BTC Website and Facebook page.

We ask that you please keep checking the sites.

The Bull Terrier Club Trophy Show 2022

We hope everyone is well.

With the positive news of dog shows resuming soon, we wanted

to update everyone on next years’ Trophy Show.

It is The Bull Terrier Clubs intention to run the Trophy Show

next year, subject to Government Guidelines. As a result of

that, the selectors Joy Johnson, John Young, Steve Walker,

Teresa Westwood and Andrea gates will be attending the

scheduled forthcoming Championship shows as usual. All

animals shown in 2021 will be eligible for potential selection

for the major trophies at the Trophy Show in February 2022.

Just to clarify, animals first shown in 2019 will not be eligible for

this year’s Regent Trophy, However, if shown in 2021 they will be

eligible for potential selection for the Ormandy Jug for Dogs, the

Ormandy Jug for Bitches, and for the Sandawana Trophy respectively.  

We very much look forward to meeting up with all our friends

and colleagues again soon.

Bull Terrier Club Membership Subscriptions 2021

Dear Members,

It is that time of year when all membership subscriptions are now due.  As number of members usually pay at the Trophy Show, the alternative method this year is to pay by card, bank transfer or cheque.

Those who pay by direct debit, e ask that you please check with your bank that your are paying the correct amount. Contact the Hon. Secretary (01274 495650) for details to enable payment by bank transfer or to pay by card

The correct amount for subscriptions is:  Single   £10, Joint  £14 and Overseas  £17
