Raymond Oppenheimer Paintings

To add to the experience of the seminar, The Bull Terrier Club will also have on display from Friday afternoon a small selection of the private paintings of the late Raymond Oppenheimer, which were originally commissioned by him celebrating his Champion animals. The dogs featured in the paintings are behind most of the pedigrees of today’s dogs.  These paintings were originally displayed at his home, Waltham Place and have been out of circulation for almost thirty years.

This will be a great opportunity for those that did not get the chance to see these paintings at the Ormandy Centre to view them up close. They are unique pieces of art, which were part of undoubtedly one of the best collection of Bull Terrier memorabilia in the world and at the same time give an insight into one of the most prolific and exceptional individuals ever to have been involved in the world of Bull Terriers.
